This is for you if…
You want to train seriously without losing your mind (or going broke)
- You want to train seriously, with structure, not just riding around and hoping.
- You don't have a power meter and it's not in the budget right now.
- You don't use TrainingPeaks and don't want to learn another complicated app.
- You can't or don't want to pay for an expensive 1:1 coach.
- You want a clear plan, ready to follow, that you can start today.
The problem
You train a lot, but you're going in circles
You ride when you can. Sometimes long, sometimes short, sometimes hard. There's no clear why. When the weekend comes, you don't know if you built fitness or just beat up your body.
You look for plans online: some are buried in jargon, others use watts you don't have, others are so generic they don't tell you what to do on Tuesday. And hiring a 1:1 coach costs money you can't always spare.
The result: you train, you get tired, you don't improve as fast as you want — and worse, you start wondering if it's worth taking it this seriously.
The solution
A plan from a former pro. In plain English. By feel.
Lalo Hernández raced for Team Monex, was a national champion and top-10 at the Junior Track World Championships. Then he got certified as a UESCA Cycling Coach and a TrainingPeaks Coach. He took everything he learned in Europe and packed it into plans that are ready to go.
The plans are written in plain language and use intensity by feel (easy, moderate, hard, very hard, max). You don't need a power meter, you don't need TrainingPeaks, you don't need a bike computer. Just your bike, the drive and the plan.
How it works
Open the plan and know exactly what to do
Week-by-week calendar
You see every week and every day of the plan. Nothing hidden. You know what's coming and why.
Step-by-step explanation
Every day has a warm-up, main set and cool-down explained in plain words.
Intensity by feel
Easy, moderate, hard, very hard, max. No watts. No technical jargon.
Mark it done
Check off each day as you go. You see your streak and never lose track.
Have a Garmin or another bike computer? You can export each day to .FIT and send it to your device. If you don't have one, no problem: the plan works the same.
The plans
Two families. Progressive levels. One-time payment.
Start where you are and move up one step at a time. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.
Build your engine
Three versions (beginner, intermediate and advanced; 12 to 16 weeks) to build habit, technique and aerobic base. It's the entry point to the lineup: no prerequisites. When you finish it, move on to whichever family you want.
Raise the ceiling
Four progressive levels of 8 weeks each, built around hard intervals to raise your VO2 max. For when you already have a base and want to feel the bike pull differently on the climbs and in the attacks.
What might be holding you back
Let's clear up what you're probably thinking
No. The whole plan is by feel. If you buy a power meter someday, even better — but it's not required for anything.
No. The plan lives in your portal here. You open it, read it and check it off. If you want it on your Garmin, export it to .FIT and you're set.
Yes. That's exactly what it's built for: to be followed on your own. Nothing is left 'up to interpretation': every day has clear instructions.
No. It's in plain English, no jargon. If you can ride a bike, you can follow it.

[PLACEHOLDER TESTIMONIALS — replace with real ones]
"It's the first time I've followed a plan from start to finish. Everything was clear, I knew what to do every day."
"I don't have a power meter and I was worried it would be too technical. It's super easy to follow, all by feel."
"I was stuck for months. With VO2max Level 1 I finally feel strong on the climbs again."
It costs about as much as eating out a couple of times
A 1:1 coach can cost hundreds of dollars a month, plus the power meter, plus TrainingPeaks. Here you pay once for the plan and use it as many times as you want. No subscription, no surprises. You start today and I never charge you again.
Plus a power meter and a paid app.
Just your bike. Nothing else.
FAQ
Common questions
A bike, the drive and somewhere to ride. That's it. If you have a watch or bike computer you can export the days to .FIT, but it's not required.
Log in to your portal, open the plan and see the week with every day explained (warm-up, main set, cool-down). When you finish a day, mark it done.
There are progressive levels. Start with Base if you're coming from less activity, The Comeback if you're returning from a long break, and Minimum Effective Dose if you have under 5 hours a week. The VO2 max, climbing, sprint and other plans are for when you already have a base.
An optional transition Week 0 (only if you're coming straight off another plan), the training weeks the plan lists and a wrap-up week with instructions on what to do when you finish. An 8-week plan delivers Week 0 through Week 9.
One-time payment per plan. You buy it once and it's yours. No automatic renewals.
If you want individual analysis and weekly check-ins with Lalo, there's 1:1 coaching (separate). But the plans are built to work on their own.
Plans run 6 to 16 weeks depending on the family. If you follow it all the way, within a few weeks your legs already feel different.
Stop winging it. Start this week.
A clear plan, a former pro coach behind it, and a price you can actually afford. The best time to start training seriously is today.
