This isn't for everyone.

- You already train with a power meter and a Garmin.
- You've been riding for years and feel stuck.
- You have concrete races or goals this year.
- You're willing to invest in a serious method.
- You want direction, not yet another app.
- You're just starting and don't have the gear yet.
- You want shortcuts or results without commitment.
- You don't want to invest in your performance.
- You'd rather keep training "by feel" with no structure.
Expensive gear won't make you fast.
Thousands of cyclists spend on the best bike, the best meter and the best watch — and keep training the same way they did 3 years ago. These are the four problems almost everyone shares:

Your meter spits out watts, FTP, TSS, IF… but nobody tells you what to do with them. Numbers without interpretation are expensive noise.
You put in the hours, come home tired and see no difference on race day. Volume without purpose doesn't move you.
You follow blocks you saw on YouTube, in forums or from another rider. Their life, their schedule and their physiology aren't yours.
And you show up not knowing if you'll be able to respond. Without a plan, luck decides the race.
Spots are assigned by application. Save yours.
I raced in Europe. That's where I learned what watts don't tell you.
I started like any other kid obsessed with the bike. At 16 I was already racing and at 18 I made the jump: Team Monex, a season in Europe, national champion in Mexico, and top 10 at the junior track world championships.
In Europe I understood something that changed me: amateur cyclists train as if more were always better. Pros train the other way around — with judgment, with structure, measuring what needs measuring, resting when it's time.

It wasn't that they had more talent. It's that they had a method. And when I copied it, I stopped plateauing.
When my racing days ended, I wanted to make that clear for the cyclist who does compete but has no coach behind them. I got certified as a UESCA Cycling Coach and a TrainingPeaks Coach, and built a system for athletes who already have the tools — Garmin, power meter, TrainingPeaks — but are missing the brain behind the data.
That's Precisión Ciclista. And for what you're about to read, that's the difference.
Four pieces that actually move the needle.
No theory. No templates. A method that combines what I learned in Europe with the technology you already use every day.

What you're probably thinking.

The meter is the tool. But a hammer doesn't build the house. Data without judgment gives you a snapshot — it doesn't tell you what to do tomorrow. Here I turn those numbers into weekly decisions.
You can, if you know how to read your own data, plan blocks, spot overtraining and adjust on the fly. Most people can't — and that's why they've been stuck at the same FTP for 3 years.
1:1 coaching lowers the mental load: you stop deciding every day. I design the week; you train and tell me how you felt. Fewer wasted hours, more hours that count.
I've seen it all. Nobody shows up with perfect data — they show up with real data. That's exactly why there's so much to improve.
It almost always fails on communication: copied plans, zero weekly follow-up. Here the pillar is direct contact — not a file that arrives and gets forgotten.
