González 103, Col. Carrizalejo, C.P. 66254, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, is the party responsible for processing your personal data. This notice is issued in compliance with articles 14, 15, 16 and 35 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on March 20, 2025.

2. Personal data we process

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

If you create an account or buy a plan: name, email address, encrypted password and purchase history.

If you apply for 1:1 coaching: the data you provide in the form, which may include age, weight, training history and goals.

Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.

We do not process sensitive personal data (racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference).

We do not process or store financial or banking data. Payments are processed entirely through Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and Precisión Ciclista never has access to them.

If you share health-related information in the coaching form, it will be treated as sensitive data and you will be asked for your express written consent in accordance with article 8 of the LFPDPPP.

If you do not want your data to be used for the secondary purposes, you can refuse right now: check the corresponding box when you subscribe, write to precisionciclista@gmail.com with the subject line "Negativa a finalidades secundarias" (Refusal of secondary purposes), or use the unsubscribe link included in every email. Refusing is free of charge.
